Well, Steve, you picked a fairly thorny one. With the balls (more or less) lined up on the diagonal, with the cue ball in the middle, the precise positions dictate what is even possible -- move any one ball by an inch and it might be a whole new ballgame.
First of all, both object balls are on or very near the kiss line. So, for example, bbb's shot is an almost sure kiss. (Aside: twice around the table with that thin hit is a definite possibility.)
Late in the game when defense may be an important consideration, Dan's shot is the stand-out choice.
Three other shots that I see, are:
1. Similar to bbb's, but straight through the first ball. there should be no kiss with a very full hit, and by fine tuning the english, the shot can be made either long or short.
2. Off the right side of red L-S-L-L and the white is fairly large. Note that the same shot off yellow (as suggested by KycU) is a much harder kiss to beat, whereas the angle to red makes the kiss avoidable. Also, KycU's shot requires a thinner hit sending the yellow toward the red to join in the fun.
3. Top long cushion first with 9 o'clock english hitting the yellow toward the lower left corner, then the cue ball hits the end rail second and the third cushion needs to be picked up near the red.
