okay word, yea i bought the vpn and spoofed my IP so i could go to www.pool.livesport.tv and watch with a UK ip address but it still said that i couldn't stream because of licensing restrictions. also i found out that i can't chromecast while on a vpn network.

Make sure you spoof a country location that is allowed to stream the livesport stream.
Australia is working for me,

I didn't check the actual connection speed, but the stream is working OK so far with a few stalls every now and then, but overall it is good.
