He may have been talking mainly to himself, but he was mumbling while Dennis was down on shots. And not just once or twice. Maybe it was because I had my headphones on, but I heard it on many occasions. On same subject, I wish Cotton would have eaten before he came. Two-thirds of the match, I was listening to wrappers and chomping that was louder than their voices. That sound chamber really locks in the sound.
 
To the two above. Shannon and victor.

The problem was, he was not saying things about himself or trying to work em out.
He was implying how "others" like Dennis or other players are always lucky and this B.S. Never happens to them.

If he had been implying it all to HIMSELF then that's completely different, but he was NOT. That's where the wrong is. He was referring to it as in the likes of people he's played on TAR.

He didn't to many times say, damn I hit that bad, what was I thinking. Or I can't believe I'm rushing myself, or I'm breaking bad. It was always directed at "others" not himself. You need to watch the loop again.

Yes he played hard, but TAR is just not for him in my opinion. He's a great tourney player, racing to 9/11/13 max, because he has to focus so hard to play his best long races are not his cup of tea. Mentally draining for his style. Best of luck to him at derby, he should be a force, it's races 9 in 9 ball. And 11 in Bigfoot.
 
Another thing it's not easy when u can hear every word the commentators are saying.. But that's part of the deal and I accept that..

I appreciate everything that tar do and have done for the game it's just shame the industry doesn't support them and more viewers.

Tonight I opologize for my muttering and other nights just sometimes it's a frustrating games and I mutter alot anyway .. But to myself my opponent can't hear me .. I never shark any opponent ..

And I feel I got the rough end of the rolls for majority of the match that's the way I see the match. IMO

But at the end I only myself to blame which I said in my interview to Justin I dogged it simple as that .. Don't know why because usually when am on the hill I only need one chance either money game challenge game or big tournaments Etc.. But that's life shit happens where all human . We all dogged it sometimes I seem them all do it before. And we will do it again.

Obviously right now am sick to lose but that's life I will come back stronger and not make same mistake next time .

If I offended anyone with my muttering then I opologize .

Don't sweat it.
You will win the Derby.
I believe you will come back stronger.
I just feel TAR don't suit your style, you put a lot into your matches mentally, and longer races are draining.
 
That's tough to fade being able to hear the negative commentary on your own match. It's a lot easier for Dennis to ignore it I'm sure.

I have to admit, overall, this is a good post. You come on here stand up for yourself and apologize. I don't think calling someone's opinion "stupid," is helpful. But, you are standing up for yourself and it takes a true gentleman to apologize. Kudos, Darren

BTW, if you take the time to watch the rerun (after you get some rest) I believe that you will see a different match than what is in your memory right now. Stress has a way of clouding the memory.

I will say this....from what I saw from your break tonight, I believe that you could give SVB a real run in a long match, if you could shake those demons from your game. Your are way too critical of yourself and the rolls. But, many others are also. You are one ..."The Inner Game of Tennis" reading short of world dominance. I doubt that you will listen to me. But, this short book would change your game forever!

If he could hear it, then he should of told them on a 2 min. Bathroom break. Just been like hey guys, can you keep it down, I can hear you'll while I'm at the table shooting. I'm 150% sure cotton and Jay would of toned it down if they thought they were being heard by the players.
 
Dennis never heard anything I said while mumbling to myself .. Obviously the mic next to my chin .. I would never let Dennis or any other player hear me while they shooting that's a fact .

I probably did say he was getting lucky but only to myself and obviously u guys can hear it .. If I offended anyone that was watching then I opologize ... I emotional player and play with passion and I like to mumble alot to myself..

Regards money matches again I won plenty of money matches in long races to 30 etc and head sets that lasted 6-8 hrs ..

But obviouslyu only seen tar matches .. Meanwhile I should've won tonight . And played well for most part if same position again I win no doubt about that.. If u seen me play in my 20k 30k 40k 50k sets that I've won over years then u would have different opinion ..obviously u based your opinion on tar matches ..

I played massive sets in Philippines with 200 ppl routing against me and won more than I lost .. And always half my own money so to say I can't play for money is stupid .. But I will prove to u anyway in the next few years .u welcome to your opinion although its a uneducated one :-).

But U welcome to bring any player to England upto min 50k awaits them.

The room is so quite and small it's impossible to not hear them it's same in all matches .. U accept it and get on with it because u prepare for it before match . But when things are not going well obviously u hear everything lol. It's tough because they got headphones on so they don't realize how loud they speak I know because I done the commentary also .. But when I mutter I just whispering to myself .. It's just my thing .. And way of realizing frustration .. Mostbifnwhat I say is just spear of moment because I want to win so bad . And hate losing . But swearing out of order I don't do it on tv so shouldn't do it on stream so I opologize to any veil era that was offended .

I was dropping this, but you keep referring to me as stupid.

Congrats on your 20/30/40/50k set wins by the way.
Do you care to enlighten the eneducated on who you beat and when in those matches?

Thanks .. It's a tough game mentally probably toughest game in world mentally .. But am just a normal guy like rest of u ..when I not playing pool am a different person .. Pools my job so got to give it everything to make living and pay bills .

Tonight was a sickener but I will come back stronger and try and take the positives that in i should've beat in my opinion the best money player in the world .

Played big sets in Philippines against Pena / Kiamco few times Gomez gandy Valle / Corteza / etc and few other guys I have big spots to and won against them all. Don't get me wrong I lost the set also. But I won least 75% .. I beat the likes of bartram twice with lot of side betting giving other good players in states spots and winning .. English guys I gave weight to for big money .. English 8ball played 4-5 big games for 20-40k and won them all except one .and loads of 5-10k matches probably 70-80 money matches English 8ball won about 90% of them . Also I won money playing one pocket etc..

Last few years I focused more on tournaments but decided this year am going to start getting in big action once I get my tables and can practise regular and get back in gym then I will be out there putting challenges out .. I miss the big money games its a good buzz
