I cannot explain how excited I am to get my new case from Chuck Fields.

I am in love with the progress pictures so I thought I would share.

I should be getting the completed case in less than two weeks so I will send some detailed pictures once it arrives..... Enjoy.

I'm also in the process of making a light box, and bought a nice camera. You might not need to replace my crappy phone pics..... :smile:
No more top of the washing machine pictures with old tube liner behind it.... :grin:

great cases

I couldn't be happier with my case from Chuck, built like a tank and very functional, not bad looking either I might add. Looks like I need to order another one with some custom carving. Looks great man.

Chuck will be making me a case next month. He's waiting for something "special" to arrive before he can start it. So far he's been great with communication and very accommodating as far as me being "wishy washy".

I'll let Chuck tell you what the special something is ;-)

Hmmm... Is it an interior???

Anyway; I have been extremely impressed with the level of communication and the flexibility. I came to him with a few ideas and I sent him some pictures of cases that I liked.. He took all of the information and incorporated it nicely into a personalized case for me.

I've been working with John Barton to be able to offer my very own lightweight padded interior. It will be available in late February to early March at this point. It is Johns design, very much like the ultra pad, but it will carry my label. It will be available in 2x4 and 3x6 at this point with other options possible down the road.
I'm very excited and proud to be able to offer my own brand of Johns ultra pad interior.
So a public thank you to John for his help in getting this off the ground!

That's awesome! I was looking at your cases thinking they were incredibly nice and it would be cool if you offered a JB interior option. Ha! Looks like I wasn't the only one with that idea.
 
I got the case and I would say that it is even better looking in person but that is hard to say because those are some nice pictures :-)

I brought the case out last night and it got a lot of attention.

This has been the best experience with any customer cue/case maker thus far.

I would not hesitate to work with Chuck again and to recommend him to friends and family.
