Funny pic/gif thread...

You colonial chaps are so uncivilised. :D

We don't have guns here in the UK and I personally have never seen the need to have them and in case you were wondering if I was a bleeding heart liberal I'm a combat veteran and seen action in two combat zones.

Then why is it that my Brit friends, she a retired BBC producer, LOVE going to my gun club when they visit here?

Probably the forbidden fruit thing.

Maybe thats why us Yanks came over and saved your limmie a$$ TWICE or you would all be speaking German.

Secondly, it was the Yanks before they were Yanks, that cornholed Cornwallis at Yorktown.

You know it was a history of British rule that ensured we would have second amendment rights to bear arms.

uncivilized...

Go to east London at night, becontree or Hackney and tell me that you don't see the need to protect yourself...

Some of you people are laughable. You never know where or in what situation, you might find yourself, and then when you get stabbed or robbed, you're not around anymore to warn others cause you're in a coma from getting curb stomped by a bunch of punks who have no fear of you.

My buddy got followed by a guy who perceived a slight and got road rage. He pulled out his unloaded FN 45 tactical and the guy got back into his car and left.

He would've been in for it with this particular friend had he had his FN or not, but the point is, you never know what you're going to run into, and it's better to be prepared and have something that you don't need, than to need something and not have it.

In that case, I'm going to start carrying one of these around! All this rain we're getting, you never know....

In an absolute heart beat, I would put up a sign like that if my neighbor was vocal about gun control.

There is no debate, our inherent right to protect ourselves is there. There is a reason that it was codified in the bill of rights. If you or anyone else vocalizes any attempt to limit my right to defend myself, my property and my family, then they are asking for something like this.

If you don't like guns, don't have them, but don't attempt to keep me or others from having them because you are afraid of them.

I wish everyone would post a sign like that if they have a neighbor who actively attempts to promote gun control

Jaden<-------- This guy believes that gun control is hitting your target at 800 yards with a remington 700 in 300 win mag.

Wow.

After all your posts about behaving with honor and ethics and morals in a pool tournament you now turn around say that you'd be willing to post a sign that could potentially put your neighbors in serious danger!? Because of a philosophical disagreement!?

News Flash: There will never be a total ban on guns in the US. Anyone who says otherwise is spreading FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) to perpetuate their agenda.

You refer to General Cornrow Wallace I presume?

News Flash: you're perpetuating your agenda to have guns in the US with the above. Just calling a hypocrite a hypocrite when a hypocrite is being hypocritical.

Now, if you want to get all constitutional, then you can post up what well organized militia events you have been going to, along with a plan to keep America safe (I'm guessing from the Brittish, again?). Because that right to bear arms is quite specific and limiting. Not simply "this is America and you can have whatever killing device you need to brew coffee safely" or whatever.

I'd love to live in a country that had severe restrictions on guns and rifles. My odds of being raped/murdered/killed/robbed would be vastly lower than living here in 'Murica. So I really don't understand the argument that the only protection from gun owners is to have a gun yourself.

No, I'm not.

I was pointing out the fact that realistically there will never be a total ban on private citizens owning guns in this country. It simply will never get through Congress. So gun owners don't have to worry about it and they can (and should) change the focus of the discussion to responsible gun ownership instead of the FUD argument of "if you don't have a gun, you're gonna die".

I mean seriously, if someone were on the fence about gun control and they saw a sign like that, which side do you think they would come down on?

If anyone wants to listen to people bullsh*t about gun control they can easily turn on FOX. This is the funny pic/gif thread.

Examples of things that don't belong here: political arguments, philosophical discussions, moral musings, and anything to do with Aiming Systems or John Barton vs Lou Figueroa. Anything related to what I've listed above = get it the hell out of here.

For you guys to get back on topic:

And the worst squat i've seen in some time. Body is too far forward and ass doesn't even break 90 degrees.

Those countries are out there waiting for you. Take Piers Morgan with you.

Before you go you should gain a firmer grasp of the Second Amendment and a better understanding of the arguments on both sides of the debate. Your post perfectly illustrates your lack of understanding of either.
