I am looking for a good player in or within a 30 minute drive from Erie, PA to be my practice partner. I get every other weekend free as I am a single father of two toddlers who live with me. I am getting back into this game and like any truly serious player, I am not pulling any punches. I will play with anyone of any skill level, and you would probably be surprised at how I fare against you. I am not looking to give away what little money I have free after paying for my lil family's needs, but make the game fair and I would play some reasonably inexpensive sets with anyone. A lot of players have said they will play anyone, but I do it any chance I get. Now, if I have your attention...Can I get a sparring partner who knows how to play? I'd like to split the travel. I come to you, you come to me kind of thing. If you come to me I will help pay for your gasoline, and would greatly appreciate the same in return. I wanna play for the love of this game and increase my game in the process...Do I have action?

Is that poolhall that used to be downtown across from a hotel still there, that was back in the 70s so I doubt it is.---Smitty
 
Don Steele lives up near that area. He likes to compete in some of the Joss tournaments and regional events. He's be a great sparring partner. Smart player, seasoned veteran of the game. :)

He used to own a pool room near Greensburg, if memory serves me right.

There's more action in Ohio than you can shake a stick at, too, if you're ready. ;)
