New Fastest 147 Break

lol, this shit is not edited, are you guys kidding?

Look at all the shots he makes on camera and his pace, and you're trying to say
that the few times he's off camera he... what, had a smoke and then went back
to whirling around the at 97 mph dropping balls?

He obviously has the skills and the speed to do the world record legitimately.
A guy who shoots like this isn't going to cheat just to claim the fastest 147 record.
He's going to obsessively keep trying until he breaks it legitimately.
He's way too good of player to just give up and say "**** it, I'll cheat and edit the video,
I'll never beat the record without help."

Snooker fans - Is this guy's name known in the snooker world or is this just
some random no-name?

just some random no - name

there are many good amateurs .

I like the video of the guy making a century break one handed

He plays great. No doubt. Based on how the cue ball finishes I think it's sped up a bit. Just a guess. Even 15% increase in speed would knock down the playing time by almost a minute and would require zero editing.

Could be wrong. A lot of times he just fell perfect. Still got to make the balls and had a rack that didn't need development (except for the Blue Pink) which also helped because the pink was out of the way.

For the conspiracy theorists...why did he not show the opening?

He did break into the reds twice to open them up..

Yep I thought he mis-placed the black a few times too but that is to be expected when you are moving fast and doing it on your own.

As for the "fastest 147" I call b.s. For one we don't see the opening break that looked very generous to say the least. If this was so legit why not show the opening break and all?

Not saying this kid can't shoot because that was some good shooting no doubt. I just don't buy it being the fastest 147. Ronnie O's will never be beat considering it was in tournament play against the best in the world.

its not

It would have to be in a sanctioned event with correct templated tables.

So ROS can rest easy

Makes sense, the pockets did look more forgiving, but I'm not experienced enough
to be sure. Get ronnie on this guy's table and he'd probably run out faster than
I can finish a rack of 8 ball.

Still intend to go through the video frame-by-frame (when the kid's off-screen).
Even an unofficial record is still impressive.

I read only first page of the thread and clicked to open the video then. It says "removed by user". Usually that happens if many people leave comments (pretty straight-forward and unbiased) about stinky nature of the subject. So I would guess there must have been something fishy about it, though I've never had a chance to check it out.
