Exactly-Thanks John>
So really Chromecast is useless for good pool streams. Too bad no one mentioned that when so many touted it on AZB. Oh well i've been robbed of way more than $35 lately
Chromecast is excellent for these streams. It took a couple of minutes of playing with it on the last TAR stream I bought and it worked fine. In that video player window that pops up I believe all you need to do is right click in the title bar area and select "Show as Tab". This will then reveal the Cast button. This is one way and there are a couple of other options. Such as when the pop up video window comes up, copy the URL. Then close that little viewer window. Then open up a new Chrome window and paste the URL and go to it. This will already have the Cast button there to choose.
I'll give it a try today-I'll tell ya one thing for sure-Accu-stats doesn't know about that 'fix' Hope you're right.
Do not expect to mirror the screen of your laptop, Iphone or android. You can get video and pictures, i ended up buying a long hdmi to mini Samsung tablet port cable , that worked great for me. I tried the other cast devise still no mirroring. Only Apple tv does it.
Copy the web address in the audioweb pop window and paste in your regular chrome browser then chrome cast.
I did find it was slower and freezing at times, so I switched to my HDMI setup plugged into my computer. Always have had issues watching streams on Chrome anyway, a lot of streamers tell you not to watch on Chrome.
I do like ChromeCast when it works, because I can work on other things on my computer while watching on my TV
Apple TV? That would be kind of strange
