I figured out another reason my back hasn't bothered me since I changed a few things in my set up. I went out this morning early and just started banging balls around to see how one of my old Aramith sets of balls played after I cleaned them. After half a rack my back started getting pretty sore. I happened to be down on a shot when I started trying to figure out why it started to hurt after about two months pain free. I froze where I was to see if maybe I was twisted too far to clear my hip. Then I saw it. Both knees were locked in the straight position. I got up and did my new PSR bending my right knee and the left one slightly. Bingo, pain was just about gone after a half dozen shots.
It probably would have taken me days to figure this out before and a few days not being able to play with a sore back. Since reading Mark's book it took me only seconds to figure it out and correct it. Like Danny D says, "If you don't know you can't fix it." JT
