Finding people to play with

I live in Phoenix and due to family obligations can only get to play during the day. Being the time of day when everyone else is at work, it is hard to find anyone to play with. Any suggestions on finding people to shoot a few games with?

I know Kolbys has a regular crowd of retirees and independently wealthy types (so they say) who play daily and cheap, they have a golf game on the 5 by 10 too. Day pass there is only $8 from noon until 7pm which is a steal. If I am there I will play you some cheap one pocket, 8 or 9 ball.
