Craig's List exchange...at the Police Station

I heard about a neat idea yesterday:

When you are doing a Buy-Sell with a stranger from Craig's List, arrange to do the transaction in the lobby of the local police station. I guess it's become pretty common at police stations around the country, and the police are accommodating it.

If your buyer/seller doesn't show up...you were probably better off that he didn't.
