naji...While I agree with your post below, NOBODY uses a measured 6" bridge. The average is 10-15". Most people don't know. I had a student today who estimated his bridge at 7"...it was 12". With a true 6" bridge you'd be standing on top of the CB...although you might use that short of a bridge on some finesse speed shots.

The real eye opener is to get the tip to hit low enough, short 6" bridge is perfect, you need to know how to power it the right way. A good instructor can show you how..

Thanks Scott, not many people know how to power a shot with short bridge effectively; therefore, they shy away from it, sure i am not talking two table length draw, but one table length is easily doable, and more consistent with a 6" bridge, than a 10" bridge mainly due to tip contact point issues.
