So like I said all along you stopped payment less than 24 hours after agreeing to buy the cue. Because somebody else posted "I'll take it" in the listing.

Everything else you said here and in other post is the hysterics of a man child. You owe the seller an apology. You are the one who caused all the trouble here. You are too ignorant to see it as are a few others here.

My customers would flip the **** out if I stopped all communication after a payment was made.
This seller is lame, pook made some mistakes but still deserves a refund.
I've been doing this for a long time like almost every day on AZ for 8-years, I'm very picky and I would definitely deal with pookster, but not with dlw6801 regardless of the outcome here.

Did you read the post that said " cool man. As soon as the fund clear my PayPal I will send payment".

That my mentally challenged friend is a clear response to a kind of communication. He had been taking to the other guy about buying the cue. He didn't just say I elk take it in the thread.

It want in a thread. He posted a screen shot of the pm he sent him saying that stuff. You can't tell me he want working two people in the same cue. I'm sure if the other guys funds would have cleared he would have both of their money.

Just say you were wrong. This seller didn't scam anybody. You are incapable of rational thought. Calling him a thief is the only disservice here. Pookster overreacted, stopped payment and then kept adding fuel to the fire to make himself look like a victim. You just can't see it.

The beginning of his RE: which means reply by the way says "sweet thanks". Now why would he be thanking him? Could it be he told him it was all good and I will hold the cue for you.

Do I know that for sure, no. But it looks like that.

LOL bro you need to get laid! maybe that's why your screen name is takeitdown...haven't take it down for a long time huh? The only mistake I did was to gift paypal the seller..tell me what would you would of done instead? me and seller were replying back and forth when we were dealing but once I sent him the payment and the shipping address...I have another guy try to send him payment 30 min later so I contact him through PM but he never reply back at all so I decide to call all the phone number he has listed and they all are BS number...one of the guy say that he just got the number on monday but I think it's seller pretending to be someone else and the other 2 have no idea what I was talking about so at that point I told myself it's time for me to make a move with paypal which I didn't know I could do with gift transaction.I am done replying to this tread and I thank you very much for those who watch my back on here and you guys should stop replying to that dude also so he would have time to go and try to get laid....my next tread would be for sale only...frey cocobola SP with ivory joint and 3 shafts and a steve klapp/davis blank wrapless with half steel joint for sale.Thank you and have a wonderful day fellas

Uguaurchin99 indicates you agreed to sell him the cue and wait for his funds!

From the 11th you knew the funds were with paypal and let the situation turn into a 3 alarm fire by not informing pookster.

You could post all the other silly stuff you did but nothing of value concern how you are going to proceed or why you can not ship and are not in possession of his funds. Sell to Pookster, Uquaurchin99 or keep it???

Not answering request for information and having negotiations regarding sold items is just not how people on AZBilliards get down.

This is YOUR communication issue and not Pookster's. People here do not like being left in the dark and ill informed. Based on your level of communication I can assure you that many would not do business with ANYONE that functions at this level of communication.

Listen you illiterate piece of trash. You stopped payment within 2 4 hours. You were never in danger of losing your money. This man never tried to scam you. People like you are what's wrong here.

He tried to do it privately but got no response from the seller. How can you handle something if you get no communication from the other party.

Forget it dude. The truth has no place here. I knew all along he had stopped payment. Took 3 days to get porky to tell the truth. Seller had no obligation to do anything once payment was held. It is between porky and paypal. The other 2 geniuses have no clue. Why would he communicate with buyer after payment was stopped.

Pookster you shouldn't buy here anymore , you are all stressed out over a buck 60. Pretty ridiculous.

You guys are goofy. He not only stopped all communication. He also tried to sell the cue to another person here on AZ. The seller was the problem here.
