At least it will be hard for you to rip other people off and if my $160 will help others not getting rip off by you then it's well worth...$160 isn't gonna break me bro but that will be your bad karma for life and help others not getting rip off by you...I can live with that.
look bro we all know that you send a fake tracking number to fool paypal and it's still under investigation so don't tell me that paypal has my money cause I talked to them already and all you have to do is refund it or tell paypal to refund it but you haven't done none of those things or send me the cue so stop playing games and make it right! if not...oh well I hope you find the right track for your life and try not to do these bad things to others ever again.if you want you can just gift me back $100 and you keep the $60 for yourself and I'll still wish you the best luck.
Undoubtedly if you play, you probably go to Mr. Cues II. Won't take long for word to spread, especially once your pic is out now. It's too bad. This whole mess was handled wrong and probably could have been avoided. 'Dexter' certainly could have avoided it getting to this point regarding his reputation but chose not to. I think that speaks volumes as to who he is and what kind of person he is. Scamming someone out of money and, or a cue, much less a $200 cue, which again, says something about how desperate you must be. The whole thing just stinks and hurts legitimate sellers on here.
From the beginning I figured it would be decided one way or another in 1-2 days following pooksters complaint. If the buyer jumped the gun in posting, a simple response from the seller stating that he was away, or hadn't had a chance to ship, anything at all, would have put everyone on the side of the seller, and situation resolved. Instead, we got nothing from the seller. After it became apparent he had been online, yet took no opportunity to resolve or clear this up, it was obvious at that point he was simply scamming pookster. He had a chance to be the good guy here and either he was too stupid to realize that was his chance, or he didn't care. That chance came and went 2-3 days ago. I've been waiting a few days just to see how it all eventually played out, but sadly I had already figured the seller out. I'm not sure what's more pathetic though, him being stupid and ruining his rep over a $200 cue or the folks on here that didn't see what he was doing and actually defended him, whether they were friends of his or not.

Maybe you'll think about that and in the end, repair what you can of your reputation and send pookster his cue, or his money. You might be surprised how far a simple apology and doing the right thing would go for a lot of folks.

you can't really be mature when you dealing with someone who try to rip you off and I knew I was right the whole way and I even told all my friends that I was gonna get fuvk on this deal from day 1 after that guy posted that he sending the payment also.My instinct and reading people are pretty good but I let my patient take over it a lot of times.I told 2 of my boys that I'll take them for a dinner at hot&juicy in dc if I'm wrong about this deal! Lol well he might cost me $160 but prob save me about $150 for dinner with my boys.

Ok the seller sent me $100 like I ask him to and he also apologize about the whole situation so we all good now and even though I'm out of $60 but I'm glad that it's ended and hope that he will find the right track for his future and I wish him the best luck also...I forgive you brother and no hard feeling and please think before you something next time cause the outcome might be a lot worst than this time.Good luck and I mean it
I don't fvcking get it. Why do u let him keep the $60? He shouldve refund u the full amount. He tries to rip you off and you still let him keep $60. OP u should man up and send the remaining $60 imo.

What exactly did the seller actually end up admitting to you and apologizing to you about?
I don't know about the rest of you, but I think dlw6801 should be red repped into oblivion. He gave fake phone numbers. He repeatedly refused to say whether or not he would ever ship the cue or give a refund when confronted about in this thread. After the buyer had to file a paypal dispute because the seller would neither ship the cue nor give a refund, the seller then lies to paypal and says he shipped the cue and gives them a fake tracking number, further trying to scam not only the buyer but paypal as well
And then finally after days of public fighting where the seller was still refusing to give a refund or ship the cue, the seller finally agrees to give a partial refund so that the buyer doesn't post his picture, and in the hopes that all the publicity would go away. The seller is still stealing the other part of the payment though. The fact that dlw6801 didn't insist on refunding the payment in full proves beyond any doubt that he was trying to scam from the very beginning (as if any more proof was needed) because someone who was trying to do good business would have insisted on refunding the payment in full.
