Valley bar table help

I'm at my pool room and the valley bar tables here have an electric money inserter. The table went dead and we plugged it in but we don't know how to turn it back on. Please advise. Thanks.

Insert the proper key into the door with the window, unlock both locks and remove the door - problem solved
