Well had this happen say in Singapore, I am justice would have been very swift. But in the USA we have something call the Criminal Justice System, many mmm in the know call the Justice for the Criminal System.

We have a major problem with auto theft in AZ, and the Cops keep arresting the same people, who the justice system sees fit not to punish.

If each member of the team was in support of such thievery, they should all be banned.....

While the accused party has a right to due process, we at CueSports International reserve the right to deny membership to any person. Due to the evidence available, the accused party has been banned from any CSI league or event for life.

The Santa Barbara Pool League also acted swiftly and suspended the accused party from their league prior to our decision.

We take this type of situation very seriously. It is our responsibility to uphold the integrity of the BCA Pool League and provide the best environment possible for our members. We believe our decision supports these objectives. Thank you.
 
what McDermott cue did he steal?? was it at least a nice one?? you do know that you're going to have your food spit in from now on for putting this guy on display. one text will spread like wildfire in kitchens accross america. damn, I feel bad even typing this :o

Do not believe guilt by association is a crime in the USA, if it was ever death row inmates mother who said something good about their condemned child, would be a criminal.

So if the accused party is not guilty after trail, or the DA in Clark County decides not to prosecute the case. Will the ban be lifted?

Something IMHO to think about, if the person want to play again.

Pretty sad in when people have to resort to posting pictures of teammates. Ok, so this Rigo guy is caught stealing and hopefully he is punished for it but to condemn the teammates is petty. You guys want to point your fingers at others to make you feel good about yourselves.

Like someone mentioned, do we punish the a parent for saying her son was a good person, right before he is sent off to jail? I don't condone stealing and would probably kick my teammate's ass but in a situation like this, they try to make it better with the owner. I would have probably kicked down the owner 15% of the cue for a restocking fee because he had to leave his store to get his cue back.

Anyways, the thief is very lucky to have such great teammates. This incident showed how loyal they were to him. Just like any professional sport, when an athlete is caught doing something illegal, as teammates, we have our teammates' back.

Telling you how the world has change, and how the Justice for the Criminal System Works.



Like the joke about the two liberals walking down the street.

They come to a bar, and a women is crawling out, crying & asking for help.

She is bloody, cut up, and says she has been gang raped by several men.

The liberals turn to each other at the same time saying.

We need find the men who did this, and get them some help.
 
Now that we've heard from CSI and the Santa Barbara Pool League, the entire billiard
world is still waiting for a statement from the moose community, specifically the moose
lodge that sponsors these jokers.
 
To bad this incident did not happen in some faraway land that PUNISHED THIEVES with SWIFT JUSTICE. Like I said above had this happened in Singapore, the thief would have had a speedy trail, and if convoked, justice would have been in the form of punishment.

But in the USA we have the Justice for the Criminal System, where many times the victims of crime are punished more then the accused that never face trail, because of an underfund courts, and prosecution system.

IMHO the Santa Barbara Pool League, and Moose Lodge are victims as they did nothing wrong. If they are guilty of anything it was providing a place to play, and a league to affiliate with. That IMHO is not a criminal offense.

To those who think the Santa Barbara Pool League, and Moose Lodge are wrong, or have done something wrong. You need rethink your thinking.

The only person who could be guilty of any crime is the suspect, the court system in the State Nevada, or Clark County will decide guilt or innocents the case goes to trail, or plea bargain.
