eBay auction for a Frank Paradise cue.

I'm not an authority on Paradise's but I can't find any materials that point to this as being one.

I asked for supporting information from the seller and this was his response:
"This is a full 4 point splices that was made by paradise buying full splices from Herman and guz."

This was the description:
"This is a very rare cue by Frank Paradise. It is a standard 4 points with Green and orange veneer. The cue weight around 19 oz. Standard Length. It's come with 2 shafts. This was build for a dear friend of my who passed away. I happened to inherit this cue. I wanted it to do to someone who would enjoy it. Please ask any questions you might have."

Was this in fact a Ginacue?

There was a very simila Gandy in perfect shape for sale near me on Craigslist. Guy originally had it for $100 then must have found out what it was worth and was asking $220 for it. It's probably a $200 cue in good shape.

A very nice Gina for sure. I made a pretty reasonable offer to him off ebay and he declined. I bet someone made a better offer and he sold it direct off ebay. Most of us do this...great advertising.

The key on the Gandy/fake Paradise is that the owner never showed the collars of the shaft joint. To my knowledge, Frank Paradise never used the Viking-type steel to steel construction between shaft collar and joint.

Actually still looks like a pretty nice cue though.
