Seems like he has his ducks in a row. The owner makes or breaks a place as we both know. Buffalo's wouldn't be a thing without the owners it has. Lacy's looks to be of the same mindset in much nicer surroundings. Just wish it wasn't so far from me. I could almost bring a pillow and blanket to sleep under the ten footer and call it home with no smoking allowed!

Only one thing concerns me. You have a "buddy" named Lacy? Let's stick to being friends!
