For the record that is not a modern bumper. They didn't start making cues with that type of point until 1976 so it isn't a really early model. Maybe c or d series but Not entirely sure.

It looks like a d-17 but that had a design below the wrap so not sure. D-17 is valued at about $600 but would probably sell for $200-$300.

Btw I'm not an expert so take what I say with a grain of salt.
