Justin Hall

Justin Hall is a proven commodity, certainly no cinderella. When he won the Southern Classic Master of the Table with all the great all around players, he showed his all around talent.

I'm amused that Mark Wilson refers to him as a Mosconi team candidate. With a top ten in the greatest ever US Open field, his inclusion in the last five should be certain.

Mark Wilson may claim that this week doesn't matter much as far as the selections, but he tipped his hand concerning how much it means when he stated that any of the Mosconi 8 that didn't play in the US Open would be, essentially, pink-slipped.

Nice post. The field has been tough. Great tournament.
 
Not knocking hall but he said anyone has got action except efren. Scott just beat efren for the cash so what does that say.

Yes, but Efren had one of the biggest paydays ever in one pocket in the 8 man invitational last month in which Frost was a non-factor and Efren won undefeated at the Derby City one pocket event.

Efren has been player of the year in one pocket in 2014 for certain.
 
For those not currently watching. Boyes was up 6-1. Hall made it 6-2, and it's now 6-5.

Hall on a 3 pack, but just broke dry.
 
Despite giving away 2 or 3 games early in this match, Justin's demeanor stayed calm and confident and he has found his game again, down just 6-5 now.
 
justin took care of a cluster and was out, then dogged the 5. boyes made the 5-9 combo

I agree I just thought it was odd that Scott has beat Efren for the cash the last few times but Hall wanta to play anyone except efren. Shane will only play Scott with a ball and Hall wants to play even.
