Im considering getting one and would like to know how they play as far as hit and deflection and also how they are built as far as quality. Do they have issues as far as straightness or the butt and shaft being flush when screwed together? Thanks in advance for any responses.

It is my first LD cue, so I can't speak to comparing its deflection versus another cue, save for a maple shaft, and it definitely has less deflection than that.
I've played with it now for a year or so. I have had no issues.
If SVB can play with one, I'm sure you can too.
