Cuemaker Kudos

I just want to let everyone know about the experience that I have been having lately. I am having a cue built by Chad McClellan at CAMCUES. He has responded to every text and email that I have sent him - within minutes! I can't get people that live 10 minutes away to do that. He really goes above and beyond when it comes to communication. He sends photos of the cue in it's progressive stages and let's you know what to expect in regards to time, etc.

With all the bad press that has been going around about other cuemakers - I thought it would be nice to put out a little positive information. Pool needs it - and we as a pool community need it.

I would also like to give the same exact report on Steve Symons at CrossBone Cues. I have had the same experience with him. Just thought I would let others know some rock solid directions to point in if you want to be involved in the process and be happy. Hope this is useful.

Chad is good people, and builds a great cue: top notch point/veneer work and everything fits/finishes perfectly.

Thanks for the good word
Brad
I've alway tried my best communicate well with my customers or anyone interested in my work
Thanks again

Well since a customer to Chad way back in 2004 I can see that he still keeps the same approach to his customer, great work Chad!

There are a great lot of cuemakers that treat the customer good and Chad is one of them.
It´s been a journey for me to find out who is good and I´m left with some very nice memories, good friends and some very nice cues.
The bad ones - learning :p.

Thanks to you all!

Regards

Brad,
Thanks and it has been fun, glad we became friends and big thank you for believing in me when I couldn't give a cue away on here. You know what I'm doing and where I'm headed. Parts, parts and more parts for now. 6 months more and I should have some sweet cues to post. Bit more equipment and its on.
Communication, if I can't take time enough to talk to a customer about something I love doing, I probably shouldn't be in the game. The big difference, it is a passion, not just a business.

As far as folks not knowing me, I'm not to concerned, they will soon enough.

Thanks again Brad,
(PS) your conversion is now under 30 ounces..lol..(inside Joke)

re

Steve - good to hear. LOL. I know where you are going. Just don't forget me when you blow up on the cue scene. :) It is always a pleasure. It's always good to find a high quality cuemaker - it's great when you also find a friend.
