Has anyone received their 2013 14.1 World Tournament DVD's in the Last 6 months?

Last contact I had was back in September when I was informed that there was a production issue that was being resolved. 3 months later, all attempts to get an update have gone unanswered.

I ordered this back in the middle of July and am still waiting. I would be fine with the wait if not for the complete lack of communication.

Last I knew, there was a problem in that all of the dvds were pal version, suitable for European model dvd players. I brought the problem to their attention; they made new versions, but once again they were pal versions not suitable for a lot of US players.

I cancelled my order then.

Thanks for the info. I sent a message cancelling my order. Although I hope it gets acknowledged at this point, I'm thinking I may have to go through Visa.
