Need help with unknown maker

Hey all, I've had this sneaky for like 18 years now... no maker on it. No signature, logo... Just some weight info at the joint (in pic). Anyone have any idea who could have made it? I want to know if it's worth anything.

It's a 3 piece cue, I have a matching shaft. 3/8x10 pin.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

It's not. If the shaft is nice and straight, maybe $150. Need closeups of the shaft
 
Looks like a house cue someone converted, that 835 number is interesting, if that's the number of the cue the guy made, that's a pretty good number.

I've never seen a signature ring like the one this has with the green border, that is about the only thing that could be used to identify who made it.

I'm guessing ? the 835 may be the Joint Diameter ?

Could be anyone with one of the many cue maker lathes on the market.
