I currently have a 4 axis Flashcut 8200. Works fine, but I'm not working all that much and I still have about 3k in parts I need to buy to finish my new one.

I like the Flashcut even though it's 12x24x4.

Should I sell it to get the funds for the new one???

Randy,

I am getting a new CNC myself this year and my vote says keep your old one and have two in your shop. I have pondered selling my current one and have come up with all sorts of reasons to have two. I don't need two but logic tells me not to sell my current one.

Time and money issues always work themselves out.

I have a rule in my shop that has served me well for 12 years.

"I never reach into my family pocket to pay for things I want in my cue shop". So if I have to sell a few more cues to pay for equipment I want, the money and timetable is dictated by my production as a cue maker.

Good luck,

Rick

If I had gone with a Raptor I could have afforded everything and had money left over.

Randy,

The machine u have will likely fetch decent money if it's the one I'm thinking of. Smaller blue router? How much u thinking?

It's the 8200 version of this. 4 axis with usb signal generator. xyz servos a=stepper

Has Kress router... no spindle.

Price is what I'm trying to figure out....

Well considering what an xzero cost, I'd say u need to appeal to someone who has no knowledge of them or offer it at a price of considerably less. $2500 would b the least id take for it

I'm still waiting for my taste of the Xzero action... :(

Also someone who doesn't want to assemble all the parts and find computer and software.
