Yep seen them, $325 shipped is pretty high for four chairs. I would have got them, but he didn't have the inserts for the ash trays. $600 for three complete sets is what I could have gotten them for. He had three different styles.

Last week there was an ebay posting for GC2's. I saw pictures of the gold colored spectator chairs in the background. I contacted the seller and although they were not mint condition, he was willing to sell them. I just had him ship me the fiberglass seat pieces as the bases were very beat up and I have 4 mint bases. As you can see from the first picture, they were in rough shape from 40+ years of use. Cigarette burns, old chewing gum and all. I wet sanded and used some penetrol to restore the fiberglass. Turned out pretty good. Now I have 4 bases and 8 seats, 4 in blue and 4 in gold. Not sure what the heck I will do with them all... lol
1. I purchased some chairs with no intentions to sell nor did I ever list them for sale.
2. You and a handful of members inquired about buying them.
3. I told everyone that I would be willing to sell 1 set but would want top dollar and feel free to make offer.
4. I did not accept any offers But was upfront with what I paid.
5. I purchased more chairs that I also don't want to sell.
The end.
Awesome table and accessories! Now you just need a vintage cue to go with the vintage set up! What are you playing with these days?
Looks great buddy!!! Hope you're finding time to get that new cloth broke in?
Looks great!!!!! What a cool looking pool room you have!!! Just need a Hoppe Titlist to go in your cue rack now. Are your 1 piece cues correct for the time period? The Brunswick cues that came with my GCII do not have the black sticker at the bottom like yours. They say Brunswick at the bottom on 1 side and true balance on the other side. They are also not quite as dark as yours. They are marked "H M and L" and have black ferrules.
Diamond will be selling less tables if they keep letting you top mechanics install other tables "properly".

Looks awesome!!
Had a thought about the chairs. You might want to put some protection on the foot rests. Something like on the photo attached...
Just a thought so the wood doesn't get damaged..
Cheers
