Yeah, Hal was a busy guy - here he is "pranking" Ron Hudson by email.

But it's all just a diversion, Hal is a misunderstood genius, and you're going to publish your "mathematical proof of CTE" any day now.

lol

My thoughts are Hal was a genius as opposed to your self aggrandizing genius.

Why don't you do the math, Mr. Wizard?

I'm not the genius who promised he would. I understand it's impossible to "math" a fantasy.

When was that... 5 years ago or more? Who would make such a ludicrous promise to the internet world (over and over again)? Lemme see... oh yeah, it was that Spidey dude. Well, he never was known for his intimate relationship with pool reality.

Unlike you I'm in my prime years of earning money and have a life, that takes precedence. You're an old retired geezer with nothing but time on your hands.

Then again, you've always had time to live on a pool forum every minute of the day to bad mouth Hal or CTE starting back 17 years ago when you weren't an old man in your prime years.

For the smart guy you think you are it's quite a stupid pursuit of something in time and effort that could have been channeled in more positive endeavors.
Is it too late for you to get a life?

I guess that wasn't the case when you went on a Barton-like months-long threat to "do the math" and teach us all a lesson we'd never forget. Congratulations - we haven't forgotten.

Any time they get called on that stuff, they just pivot away. They had the engineer that was an apa 5 or 6 for years, they have the programmer or whatever that can't figure it out and they'll always have JB. Books, lessons, DVDs and not a single bit of solid evidence to back up the claims. Throwing names out, saying you can't throw names out.. providing no evidence for their claims, but expecting any doubt to be backed up with hard evidence, though that's made impossible by the circus hoop of "if you don't make it, you're doing it wrong."

Hurray for the internet.

where are all the FOLKS who paid their hard earn money but HATED the system or advised they saw no improvement. Why are all the naysayers the folks who never bought a DVD, or a lesson, and they are the ones that might not need CTE because they have a distinct ability to "see" the shot, where as many folks will never develop that instinct?

Just curious, if this system cannot possibly work, why is the internet NOT full of folks attacking CTE versus just the same crowd over and over and over ?

Seems kinda weird, no ?

PS: And it appears just a little over 50% of pool players go by "feel". Hmmmm, so there are two very distinct players, and if one works for you, great, if they other works for you, even better.

This is just like the Maple vs. LD shafts, 2 different shafts, and neither of them is wrong. But you will NEVER catch someone who uses an LD shaft tearing apart those who use Maple? Can't really say that for some of the Maple users? Which again, just seems a little weird.

^^^^^^^^
Great post

RJ,

Saying something does not work for the reason that is asserted that it works is not saying that it does not work.

Well, Like Bill Clinton once said, 'That depends on what the definition of IT is.'. If IT is not working for the reason that is asserted that IT does, is IT really IT?

Best Wishes.

Not knowing about IT but criticizing IT anyway is what IT is all about.

Hal listed HIS phone number on the threads to BE CALLED if anyone was interested.
He didn't just call you out of the blue at home since there was no way he could get phone numbers of members nor would he do it on his own without a phone call to him. More bullsh*t from Lou spinning and lying.

Hal never hated anybody and laughed at all the posts by you and PJ with no defensiveness toward his systems. He thought both of you were clueless clowns who knew it all but really knew nothing and you both prove you still don't.
LOL from Hal and me.

True story !!!!

Except for the fact it's the same cte bus going in circles, same people and same canned responses for those that have said it didn't work for them or that they didn't get it.

Don't let reality get in your way, though.

It doesn't work for everybody, most things are like that.

Has anybody heard of this guy?

He has a book out called the unknown secrets of snooker. You can get it on Kindle. It is an aiming system for snooker that, I swear I'm not making this up, it combines CTE, TOI,& the theory on 20 minute practice sessions all in one system... for snooker. He also tries to get into the technical aspects of adjusting for throw and deflection, etc when using english but he totally screws that up.

Aiming system for snooker? It was only a matter of time.

You are on quite the roll today.
Post something false, please.

Just pull up any cte thread, they're usually full of them. I'm not going to do your work for you. Sound familiar?

Why doesn't it work for everybody? I mean, it's a center ball, center pocket "system", right? Unless it's not.
