Stream is not good, freezes for most of match
Momentum shifts back to West
West wins triples match 5-2 after East took early lead
Now West leads team score 5-4
Next up is Doubles: Reyes/Ko Pin Yi vs Van Boening/Appleton

In the triples, the East got out ahead 2-0 after a B&R and a scratch by Immonen.

But then the West won 5 games in a row to take the match 5-2. The 5 wins resulted from a couple mistakes from each of Ko P-Y and Bustamante and a B&R.

Actually there is slight change
Little Ko will be playing with Efren instead of Big Ko so
Doubles: Reyes/Ko Ping Chung vs Van Boening/Appleton

Wow , oldest and youngest combining well
Efren/Little Ko take early lead 2-1 after Dsrren breaks dry
And East is breaking next
:)

Then Ko P-C saved Reyes' bacon with some terrific cuts in Game 6. East on the hill 4-2.

LOL
Those were some crazy cuts by Little Ko

But East had BIH in 7th rack and running out and they miss East 4-3
Little Ko breaks, balls down but no good shot on 1 so safety battle and Shane did not contact any ball and fouls. East runs out for the win 5-3
Every eventful rack with all 4 players making errors

Now East tied 5-5 with West. Nothing to separate these 2 teams :D

Next up is 4x$ match Efren/Buste/Ko/Ko v Mika/Darren/SVB/Albin
So far Team East have lost all triples and fours

Will be interesting to see who plays last match Single Captain's Pick
West will likely put up Shane. East may put up Big Ko or if Buste wants revenge he will go up. Depends on who is most comfortable asnd confident :D

spartan -- who do you think the Captains' picks will be today?

Edit -- oops, I now see what you said at the end of your last post.

I think tactically , putting Buste v Shane is better tactic
cos Buste led 3-0 yesterday and missed that easy 9 ball to give up match so he has score to settle . And he has home crowd support
Plus if Buste wins it is a psychological blow to West cos that is like saying their 2nd or 3rd best player can beat West's best player
On other hand, if East put up Big Ko v Shane it is 50-50, there is little psychological impact if Big Ko wins
I actually think the best option is Little Ko but he has played a singles v Mika already so unlikely they will play him again as Little Ko also played most matches today
But I think Efren will pick Big Ko
The original schedule was Efren to partner Big Ko in earlier match (could be earlier typo). But if Efren really intended to partner Little Ko then very likely he could be reserving Bid Ko for final match captain's pick. But then again both Big Ko and Buste have played same number of matches today so it could be either of them
:D

TEAM SCORE (EAST-WEST) 5-6
