OB Classic Vs OB Classic Plus?

I have Played with both as well and I'd have to say

I have played with both. Personally I like the old OB classic. I switched from a 314-2 to the ob classic and could instantly feel the difference. Then I picked up an OB classic + and it felt like a 314 shaft again. I think there is a taper difference also not enough to set them apart . I like the taper on the original classic. That being said. They all play great

Don't waste your money! they both suck. Get a Tiger Pro-X, 11.75 with conical taper, its the shaft OB tried to copy and failed again! maybe its the wood. But the OB's just hit awful! Try a tiger ProX or a BD360/2 the 2 best LD shafts out there! Look At all the Shafts I have tried and I have narrowed it down to:
1) Tiger Pro-X
2) BD360/2
3) Jacoby Hybrid Edge (with the 11.75 conical taper)
4) Mezz Hybrid II

Don't even bother with the Predators, OB's, Fury's, G-Cores, they are putting all their money into marketing and -reengineering what's already out there and failing.

PM me if you want to buy an 30" OB Classic Plus for a Schon cue, Like new! (played with it for about a week then tossed it in the closet)

I agree with you, my OB is a great shaft. It plays very much like my original Predator.

I have done testing against other shafts (even shafts I have made) and the difference is crazy.
