I bought this several years back from some guy who bought it from some guy. It had been used in a wood shop, as the filter was covered in saw dust. I replaced that and put a cord on it. It's been working flawlessly ever since. I'm selling it because I bought a bigger one.

It will need to be dismantled in order to get it down from my rafters. It's not a big deal. That's how it got up there. Only the motor and pump need be removed.

5HP single phase Baldor and will work with a 30amp breaker. At least it will with my power(think I ran 10 gauge stranded through my conduit). The thing to do, if not already installed, is run a new circuit on a new breaker. You COULD share it with your dryer, but I doubt it could handle both loads as a compressor(single phase), when starting pulls a LOT of amps. It already has the correct wire and plug. In fact, I might have another receptacle, box, and cover here. The whole thing isn't as daunting as I made it sound. Currently "detuned" to 90 PSI, but that is adjustable by turning a nut. It will easily make the 175PSI it was designed for. I dropped it to increase the longevity.

It's horizontal, so could be put outside under an awning. I didn't go that route because it was in such nice condition and figured I might sell it one day.

It's been running in my garage for several years on a 220 single phase 30 amp circuit

I'll deliver this thing within a couple hundred miles of Ventura and help you get it set up. I'll even do the wiring for free. . 50 cents a mile with a 100.00 min. When you consider the labor and time involved, it's more than fair.

If you insist on saving money I could probably put it into my truck in pieces, otherwise the kneeling trailer I use for this sort of thing is about 100.00(last time I rented it) a day. I'd deliver it for 50 cents a mile with a 100.00 min. I will drop it off at YRC, if you want it shipped, for free. Figure around 300.00 to Texas and 600.00 to NY. I doubt you'll find better rates. Those numbers are pickup from YRC terminal. They'll load it onto your truck for no charge.

You can come check it out if I know you from here or the pool world. I'm not a big fan of having people over to my shop unless I know them or they are customers. Regardless, I'll need to be paid a 50% deposit if I'm delivering it and 100% if it gets shipped.

If you need a personal reference from somebody fairly well known, then you could call Jerry Matchin(Baby Huey) at his place most Friday and Saturday nights and ask about Fish. 805-641-2020. That's his business phone and yes, I have his personal but I'm not giving that one out. You could call Jerry McWorter as well. 805-648-2225. He's in Japan right now though.

It was built in 1988, but you'd never guess that unless you knew they changed the paint job.

I don't need to rewire it..works fine on any 220 1ph 30 amp circuit with the correct wiring. I also have 3ph, so unless I exceed a 20hp motor....I'm fine
