I would like to find a really good quality shaft (maybe by a known cue maker) for no more then $50 shipped.

I do not want anything with a short stiff hitting taper.

I like nice very long tapered shafts

Please let me know if you have something you would be willing to sell.

Needs to be for a 3/8x10 flat faced joint.

I do not really care about weight, but if you know the mm of your shaft, that would be helpful.

I am not picky about needing a certain mm shaft, or a certain weight in the shafts, but I just like it to be of very good quality, straight (fairly), and have a nice long taper.

Please also let me know the lowest amount of money you would be willing to sell your shaft for (including the cost of shipping to, Louisville, KY, 40216).

If you find more than one, I'll buy it for $50 or less....but it MUST be GOOD QUALITY (prefer one by a custom cue maker !)

I have one from a McDermott D-3 I might let go for that.It is straight & no dings or dents.As I recall it is about 12.40mm & it is 29".It still has original ferrule & LePro tip.I don't know how to post pics on here but PM me with your email & I'll send some pics...

It never hurts to try, right? My current shaft is a Jacoby stock standard maple shaft (that came with my Jacoby cue), and I am looking for an upgrade, not a downgrade. Thanks for any offers. Not looking for anything mint, or new. Just wanting something is really good quality, and sorry if this request sounds crazy to anyone (considering that a tip install alone can cost $40 these days).

I offered you a nice shaft for $40, no collar and no tip installed, micarta ferrule. Lol

I'll pass it on to anyone else. Could use a cleaning and sealing, but it is straight and plays very solid.

I am really sorry for not replying back to you. You did not mention in your PM that it had a micarta ferrule though. The "no collar" part is the only thing that I did not like about the description of the shaft, because I never really liked shafts without a joint color on them (because they usually have a pretty bad taper on them, and I have read that they can crack much easier then a shaft with a joint collar on them). Please forgive me if my info is wrong.
 
Ideolgist,more info on this shaft for me please if Justin don't want it.I have a true sneaky it might work with since it has no collar !!!
