Ko runs out to trail 36-38

Different people will describe a "Pack" differently. Now, for sure, it was 4 B&R's. I'm not sure if you'd be surprised, but there are a significant number of people across the country that would include the first game won as part of the package. I do, so I differentiate "package" vs "break and run." To me, it was a 5-pack.

At the Joss tour for years, the tournament director (not Zuglan) Pat (Murray?)... he called a "5 pack" as 5 consecutive wins, without any consideration how many innings happened. I certainly was surprised but here was someone 40 years of tournament directing experience that had yet a different definition of a "pack."

It's reality. We're all from different areas.

Yes, that was Pat Murray....did a lot of Joss tournaments and at least one SBE pro 8-ball.
....owned a room in Conneticut....I liked his style.

I had a guy once 10-4 in a race to 11...I broke dry and never shot again...
...I call that a 7-pack.

Based on my notes, it was definitely 4 break and runs after a win off Dennis' break.

Gideon<---Gotta run home to catch today's action.

Ko breaks dry. Dennis makes beautiful jump bank on 1 and runs out for 40-38 lead
Player time out.

Dennis breaks great, but hooks himself on the 3. Ko plays safe. Dennis jumps but scratches. Ko runs out.

45-41

Ko breaks dry.

Dennis welds Ko to the 2 ball. Ko kicks in the 1 like it's nothing. Bumps the 7 trying to get tithe 3 and is half hooked. Almost makes the jump with a full cue but sells out.

Dennis leaves himself on the rail dead straight on the 10 and hangs it! 45-43
