Sky makes a ball on the break, plays a failed safety on the 1 but it rolls safe anyway. Justin makes a clean hit on a 1 rail kick but leaves an easy safety for Sky who puts him in a nasty position behind the 8. Justin intentionally ties up the 2 and 9 with the 1 across the table. With BIH Sky makes a nice 1-10 combo with the 10 along the rail to go up 4-1.

Sky breaks wet but has to push out. Justin over cuts a very long thin shot but doesn't leave anything for Sky, who scratches trying to make a 1 rail hit. Justin has a relatively easy layout except for the 9 and 10 being on opposite rails. After coming up straighter than he would like on the 9 he almost scratches in the side, hitting the point and leaving a tricky thin cut on the 10 which he misses! Sky 5-1.
That's somthing that's been commented on in the past.,,, and one thing that might separate these to young guns later on

Dry break for Sky. Justin plays a lockdown safe and gets BIH. He has a small window to get to for a long shot down the rail on the 2 which he rattles in. He goes wrong from the 3 to the 4 though and plays a bad safety. Sky makes the 4 and misses a 5-6 combo that was not easy but that either played would have had to try since the 6 was blocking the 5s only pocket. Again Justin comes up short and then misses a bank on the 6 but doesn't leave Sky a clean shot. Justin makes a nice thin cut on the 7 then absolutely dogs the 8 along the rail. It looks like he hit the rail first rather than the ball. Couple safeties on both sides then Sky misses a long bank. Justin misses the 8 and then scratches on top of it trying to juice it up for position. Sky runs out, 6-1.

Justin breaks wet. He hits a fantastic shot on the 1 jacked up over the 9, drawing it back a couple feet to about 3 inches of position for a shot on the 2. But then he misses the 3 and gives up the table. Sky plays a weak safe, leaving a long back cut which Justin drills but leaving nothing on the 4. Another horrible safe and Sky makes the 4 and gets on the 50 yard line on the 5. After a nice thin cut into the side he has an easy runout for 9-5.
Dry break. While trying to remove the rack the guy clumsily hits the 7 but neither player complained. Justin messes up and hooks himself on the 3. Then Sky hits a really bad shot on a straightforward 5 in the side but leaves Justin nothing. Crowd gets restless. Nice safe from Sky and he gets BIH. Looks easy but he leaves himself a tricky 10 ball but makes it. Game over 11-5.
cant belive this got cut down to 16 players .
I'm not sure what you mean.
This is the 10th of the DCC and Southern Classic 10-Ball Challenge events (4 Fatboy events, then 6 Bigfoot events). Nine of the 10 have been with 16 players. The only exception was the 2013 DCC Bigfoot event with 32 players.
