Jayson to break.
Makes a ball on the break, but the seven is between the one and the corner pocket and he'll either have to play safe or a tricky combo.
He elects to push out, not sure why, and Shane plays what might have been a two way carom? he ends up slightly hooking Shaw, but Shaw jumps the one in with shape on the two.
He's unbeatable playing like this.
He hits the eight and nine on the way to the three from the two and the nine makes the three a little funny. He sinks the three like a boat anchor, but gets an off angle back cut into the side on the five and over cuts it.
He doesn't leave Shane much of a shot though. I wouldn't be surprised to see a safety here.
I missed something with a refresh and Shaw ends up hooking Shane and he kicks it out. Shaw draws all the way back down table and ends up funny on the six, shanks it but leaves Shane a tough shot. Shane plays a foot rail to head rail safety.
Shaws goes for the bank and finally doesn't get a roll and Shane has an open shot.
If he does get out here, he better fix his break or he doesn't have a chance.
Shane gets out.
8-4.
