Oh no. Your kidding! They really are the same? Kind of like WWE is real and not staged? Can't bare the thought. Does that mean the Hummer H3 was a Chevy as well ?
The rules of the game (eg. one foot on floor, cue ball fouls only) are the same but the match scoring is what's different. The USAPL requires all leagues to score matches using the same scoring system. The BCAPL has a recommended scoring system but they allow individual leagues to use whatever scoring system they'd like.
Imagine the APA without all the silly APA rules and ambiguous APA player ratings.
Imagine not having to pay any membership fee and having a lot more money available to leagues for payouts.
Imagine having the flexibility to have 3, 4, or 5 person teams in your league.
Imagine a national tournament where top teams get to go for free but any team can compete if they pay their way.
