I prefer these super soft tips, that give you tremendous feel and the ability to super spin the CB at slow speed.
I have them shipped in from a small island in Japan where they use the foreskins of a rare breed of seal. Then, they are glued together with whale blubber that has been chewed to just the right texture and consistency by these older Japanese women that have lost their teeth.
These tips are tremendous and perfect for 1pocket.

Makes no difference. IMHO changing equipment will only make things more difficult. A lot of table time, and watching the really good player move will make the most difference.
It's like golf, you can buy a brand new driver that they claim gets you another 15 yards off the tee. Only problem is if you don't work on your swing to get rid of that slice, you are just 15 yards farther out into the woods where the ants, bees, and gophers live.
