But my guess is 1st and 3rd match will not be shown as SVB and Jayson played on stream already yesterday

I agree Ko vs Vanvan is better, two world champ vs Shaw&Warren, which were also champs, but no world title yet. Jayson sells in US, but Ko sells in TW, accu stats sell DVD or broadcasting matches later to TW tv company afaik, that's my 2c for accu to consider, not too late to change the line-up :rolleyes:

Accustats

I have sent 3 emails to two different Accustats addresses over the past 2 days an I still have not even been responded to. I was charged for the event but the event never showed up in my cart, so my dilemma is a little different than everyone else's. Pretty poor customer support.... So I guess that means No Refunds or even an explaination? Thanks

If I were you I would purchase the entire week again & let them correct it when it's over. They're good for it & they're a lil busy at the moment.
 
I've not got a response or refund yet either. Have sent 4 emails. Probably gonna just right it off as a bad purchase and be done with it.
 
If you email Accu-Stats.com your email will be sitting in the office.
Nobody is there to answer them.

If you email jim@accu-stats.com he will see the email.
However he has 500+ to answer last I heard.
So please be patient and he will get to you asap.
Stream is working good now btw.
 
ATTENTION EVERYONE

Freezing has subsided

But the new player is not working good at all.
So use the old player,
Here is how !

On your login page click settings
then uncheck box.
This will get the old player back in use.
save changes.

Old player is working well now !

Little audio prob but bearable.

After a refund and everyone seemingly having no stream issues, I opted back in for the last 4 days. I attempted to disable the Beta HTML5 Player but when I do so and launch the player all I get is a red screen with the message "Flash Required". My computer has all of the most recent Flash Software so I'm not sure where the issue lies. Hopefully (fingers crossed) I don't run into any any freezing issues with the beta player.
