I have received mine,

I havent installed on my lathe yet,

But,

High Quality, excellent machining and better gripping area and larger contact patch.

This should cut done on chatter issues that may occur from lesser quality toolposts.

I have a A2Z ToolsPost right now and the Destroyer is definitely a higher quality unit.

Ok, Preston, you have 12 hours to refund my money voluntarily, before I go forward with a paypal claim. I paid on the 17th, you created a label on the 19th for Priority Mail which is 2-3 days max. That was 9 days ago. Tracking number 9405909699939348980393
The post office shows you still haven't given them the package as of 20 minutes ago. I PM'd you 3 days ago asking what's up, you read it (you logged in and since that pm, haven't logged in under your user name) and have not responded to that one nor the second one I sent. I don't like going public, but you have left me no choice, as you ignored the pm's. At this point it looks like you F'd up, so just refund the $113.45 in full and we'll call it even and I have learned a valuable lesson in dealing with you.

I just re- checked my inbox and there is no such reply just the one you sent today at 10:47 am. so either AZ's pm system is lying or....,

That is the PM I sent. I will just refund your payment and sell the product to another customer who would be happy to have it. I have dozens of happy customers here on AZ and I'm sure one would love to have it.

The sad part is, I was one of those happy customers back when you made the first batch of holders a few years back, that's why I put aside the issues others had with you back awhile ago.
In the PM you just sent, you pretty much confirmed that you didn't actually send the item, you just bought a label. I had pmed you and specifically asked if you had one left, and you responded that yes you did. I have since done the math based on the fact you said in this thread you had 2, but 4 people responded....hmmm.
Now, I could wrong, but here is how I think it went...you didn't have anymore tool posts, but collected the money from me anyways, and then bought the label simply just to buy time while you made more tool posts so you could send me one....eventually. To me that is fraud. I would have been more than happy to wait for one IF you had been truthful upfront, but it seems you weren't. I hope you treat the next batch of customers better.
As soon as I get refunded, I'll confirm here, and be done with it.

The posts were boxed up and ready to go. I asked my girlfriend to drop them off at the post office because I was leaving to go out of town. She didn't get them out like I asked. I'm 1000 miles from my shop right now Now your accusing me of fraud. I will refund the payment.

Paypal has your payment locked up because you escalated it to a dispute. I don't have a button to just refund the payment now. We will have to wait until paypal sorts through everything and sends you a refund.
 
well, if you gave the refund when you said you were going to, and before my deadline I gave you after you didn't give the refund, all would be well....but then again if you did what you should have done right from the start this wouldn't be going on at all. It's like the domino effect.
