What enhances your game?

Sleep
Food
Anger (I play better when I'm pissed and it brings out my killer-instinct).
Good music
Positive thoughts
A cue I have confidence in
Rhythm
Lack of stress
A working break

Anyone know what JD got the hammer for? Was it in fact having multiple personalities?

I was a pretty good long session player in my prime.
What I brought?.....black coffee and the ability to keep my eye on the light at the end of
the tunnel.
...if you think too much about the money....it's hard to see the game.
Play to see who has to take their cue apart.

Good night sleep for sure. Amazed no one has said marijuana yet? It use to make me shoot worse but now it helps because I don't ask near as many questions in my head when I go down on a shot.

I like to drink... but rarely do I drink when I shoot. Not because of it possibly bringing my game down... but I dont want to fumble around inebriated with my cues...

But when it comes to drinking I like...

Vodka: Tito's, Crystal Head, Ketel One.
Borubon: Blanton's, Buff Trace, Bulleit.
Beer: (Local brews) Funk from DuClaw, Numero Uno from Flying Dog, Devil's Milk from DuClaw.

For me, it's Stone Brewery's Xcoveza. F-ing delicious. My game just improved by three balls. It's a damn miracle.

Sounds spectacular. You'd think I'd have more fromStone Brewery since it's next door to me, but I generally avoid their mountain of course the San Diego IPA offerings. Now I have to try this, but it feels like I ne d to have it on cooler days.

Please advise,

being true to myself

Knowing that whether I when or lose I will still be a poor sport. Whining if I lose
gloating if I win.
jack

Rammstein...

...on the jukebox.

Seriously though, being able to focus and feeling physically comfortable while playing (feet, legs, back don't hurt) helps me to play better.

What enhances my game is a strict repeatable PSR. If I concentrate on my PSR there is no room for any doubt to creep into my game because I am busy with my routine and looking at the table. I never drink when I play. I love my booze as much as the next guy but it doesn't do anything for my game and getting in a car after playing and driving with alcohol in your system is no joke today.
