Problem solved
I was able to get the table owner's rails fixed up. They were a mess in more ways than 1 but we got him fixed up and back in business!

duct tape??
Jack, I noticed duct tape on the top of the new cushions. What is the purpose? It didn't stay on under the new rail cloth did it. Mitch

The tape is just used to cover the cushions while the clear coat is applied, gets removed after that.
