What does that have to do telling a guy he's full of hate an evil? complain that he doesn't answer on a level that everyone can understand, Please enlighten me.
Well, what do you call it when someone constantly demeans someone else and the work they have done to better others when the person doing so doesn't even understand what he is even talking about? That is the definition of hate, and hate is evil. And, I stated it in response to the third grade post.
Stan, I wholly support your work, regardless of what my mathematics and physics background may tell me, simply because of the amount of time and effort you have put into it. And I'll be one of the first to buy your book when it releases, because of my thirst for knowledge.
But I don't think this thin skin in the face of adversity does any good to your, or Hal's, legacy. Regardless of the dissention, you should remain diplomatic. There will always be antagonists. But there will also be skepticism. I can understand if there's information you don't want to release until the book is out; that's pretty obvious. But at the same time, there are things that can be better said or represented, while being honest of what is known and unknown.
Its never been about who's using it or if its helping people. The presentation of what it can do (the claims) were always being questioned and should of been. Read that a couple times.:wink:
If you put yourself out there, put your thick skin on cause things can go south in a hurry.:wink:
Dan has been pretty decent towards Stan, you cant say that for Stan.
You see this type of behavior in guys who think there always right.

I heard that phrase on OUTLAW COUNTRY the other day and earlier today my wife fussed at me for using to describe a chef on Food Network. So, I am on strike two with that phrase and won't use it again or anything else like it. Seriously, I will do better.

Dan's been pretty decent? You sure have missed a lot of his posts. As to who is right between Stan and Dan as far as CTE goes, I'll stick with the guy that essentially invented it from a premise over the guy that only knows what CTE stands for and that it uses two lines and sometimes a pivot.
Yet, curiously, no apology.
Dan white sent me a PM asking me to respond to a post I had made several years ago. If I had known that all he wanted to do is admonish Stan for what has eluded Dan with CTE, I wouldn't have spent my time responding.
Dan could even easily have asked Stan to fill in the information that has eluded him but instead Dan chose to send in a Trojan horse to help do his dirty work. Kind of sad.
Dan that was pretty slick of you but very underhanded.
I'm sorry I hadn't been paying attention to Dan White when it comes to CTE. I don't like wasting my time with helping other AZB members create ad hominem attacks especially on highly respected members such as Stan Shuffett.

Joey - a thread from 2013 appeared a few days ago in which there were a number of links to people talking about CTE, including yours from 2010. I have always thought you were an interesting and thoughtful poster and I was genuinely interested in your latest thoughts on CTE. That's it. I pmed you because I figured you would not see my post unless I did so.
I think you have some misconceptions about my take on things, but I will pm you later when I have a little more time.

Stan has been wrong on a few occasions but lacks the cuhonnies to appologiz. You guys back his every move in the process. Maybe cte has helped people..that's great, but to support his claims or be silent about it shows the lack of cuhonnies you and the rest of you have. Its what buddies do right.
Stan has turned his system into a side show with help of his crew with the claims and were just horrible individuals to question that.
You seem to be a good guy but I have a feeling you would misslead in the direction of helping a friend at the cost of others you don't know.
I probably don't play so good, but you probably don't either.
And you expect answers to be spoon fed to you.

I have been using some variation of CTE since first reading about in an article about Hal Houle. It wasn't until Stan came along and presented me with the 1st coherent thoughts about the actual "how to" of the system that I began to truly grasp it.
As far as I am concerned about proving the math involved I could give a rat's ass.
As far as I am concerned you can show them how to use CTE to set up the shot and then tell them "magic happens".
You wrestle with pigs and two things happen. You both get dirty and the pig likes it.
