i know that but those points are not as round as i have seen them on other cues

That's like a girl that once told me she was a "little bit" pregnant.:D

They are not sharp points. They are rounded points.

.

A used non Runde Schon should bring about 675.00-900. The higher number would depend on a few things such as two full shafts, straight, and, the most important thing, somebody that wants that design.

Bob was there until 93. Stitch rings were standard until 85, sharp points till 87. Bob was there from 87-93 so he did make sharp point cues. He cues are not cored and the OD of the pin was slightly larger, IIRC. your cue looks to be part of the CX series, cue sticks international, in my opinion.

The engraved logo in the cap may be the best at approximating the year range it was made... Lets see a pic of that.

ok, but you dont know what series that could have been ? i asked the guy that sold the same cue in that link someone posted, he had no info either...

IMHO the series isnt that important, for value that is. Schon made many cues that were catolog inspired but had changes of some sort or another. It's a nice example from that era. If its sound and straight its not only worth paying with but collecting as well IMHO..did I say that already ;)

Its either a standard-line or a CX. Its not a rare cue like a LTD or Elite. Nice cue, btw. Send a pic to Schon to be sure.

I already asked evan clarke but no answer and sent email to schön....lets see if they reply...would still be nice to know what series. Didnt see it in any cx listings

I'm pretty sure Evan has left Schon.
