Has anyone tried to use spray 3m77 on a diamond vs the roll on glue, I have covered allot of tables GC and Barboxs but the way Diamond shows to use the roll on glue is harder that it looks, I done my first Diamond yesterday it was rough, I didnt like rolling the glue on and then on the cloth also, and trying not to get it on the cloth, I think that i could use the spray and it would hold fine, any thoughts or has someone tried it before, Thanks Gary
plus it you wanted to you could add a few staples on the wood under the slate for a backup.

Too Thick, Too Cold?

Maybe the Glue is Too Thick? Wrong type of Nap on roller, Too Short? Too Long?

Spray has it's overspray problems. Be sure to cover all exposed areas and use cardboard as a edge shield when spraying.

Also, spray can be applied too lightly often.

Spray glue is a joke, I've cleaned it off slates for 33+ years. Seems like everyone that uses it never cleans the build up off. FB10 only needs to be applied to the thickness of the slate, not on top or underneath. Holds 10× stronger and never comes loose, unless the sprayglue wasn't cleaned off before being used. And for anyone that thinks they install the bed cloth just as tight using sprayglue, i have $1,000 thats says you have no idea what you're talking about, all you have to do is put up your money, tell me where we can meet up at, and I'll gladly take your money by showing you you're wrong.

Be careful Glen - someone might use this proposition against you, in order to get you to come work on their table! Better pump the bet just in case.
