Apparently he's in Germany. He just beat someone 7-2 in 10 ball (after being down 0-2). Now he's throwing out all 15 balls on the table and running them out in rotation.

I like this format. They call it "Multi Ball"...two racks of 10 ball, two racks of 9 ball, and two racks of 8 ball, then they repeat.
 
Very entertaining matches with Earl vs Hohmann and Efren vs Eckert.


Earl was being Earl in the interview after the match.
 
They are playng in two groups of 3 round Roboin:

Results so far:

Django - Thorsten 7-6
Souquet - Eckert 7-4

Earl - Thorsten 5-7
Eckert - Efren 6 -7

Tonight at 9pm/10:30pm:

Souquet - Efren
Django - Earl

The two group winners will play against each other in the final. It is a show event called "Challenge of Legends" as a side event of the German Tour Masters which is going on in Sindelfingen/Stuttgart and Pfullingen this week.

It is a field of 360 (approximately) participents that qualified through different tour stops (from small in house tourneys to big events that each got a certain value in points for the ranking you achieve throughout the year)

Thorsten won his group stage undefeated impressive 25-1 matches, Earl, Efren, Ralph, Ralf, Django are seeded, Thorsten signed in on short notice, so had to play group stage.

Lost and said Hohmann deserved to win but complained about the fans making noise. Take a look at the end of the match when they interview him.

I like Earl and I'm not an Earl basher but I'm kind of surprised he gets invited to events like this when everybody knows in advance he is going to throw shade.
