I'm not talking about taking a photo and sending it. I'm talking about a photo on my computer's hard drive already.

I suspect it's not possible because I have never received a photo like this in a pm but I'm just checking in case the feature is here and I don't know about it.

I have a flip phone that does not support tapatalk.

No photo attachment in a PM that I can see, I don't think it exists.

You can do a link to a Dropbox or google drive. Etc. Not the same but close and they can download and save from there.

I'm pretty sure you can do it if you use your user cp and create an album then copy and paste the link.
