Where did you get/see this pic? You might put this on MainForum. It'll get a lot more views there.
I've been in several rooms that look like that, most recently there was a large room in Glendale, CA (I think it was the Golden Cue? on Colorado Blvd.) in the 90's and early 2000's that was very similar. Probably been closed for 15 years now.
Not sure, but the Dragonfly light shades may be a giveaway for someone to recall seeing those throughout a room, if those shades are glass than they would cost quite a bit to replace- look like a Tiffany lamp repro.
Looks like Jillians in Boston near the stadium, but i cannot remember if it had those shades.
