Early request for the 4:00 match this afternoon - assuming it turns out to be allison vs jasmin ;)

Wow, Siming is on a mission!

9-0, 9-1, 9-1.

Damn.
She's a machine. Only shots I've seen her miss are extremely tough shots she probably should be playing a safety, but she's such an aggressive player, there's not a shot on the table she doesn't think she can make.

Anyone know if Vivian’s absence has anything to do with her botched tourney?
Just gotta start something. Popcorn ready. Let's hear it folks. ;) If i was VV i think i'd lay low for a while. Her rep. ain't the best as of late. Add to that a top-16 is about all she could have hoped for.

Matches in blue are Today's matches on Table 5 (TV table) as of now

10am
Kristina Tkach v Tze Chien Wei (winners side) CONFIRMED
Good choice.

Noon
Kelly Fisher v Caroline Pao (Losers side)
This is good choice considering no winners side match at this time slot

2pm
Kyoko Sone/Autumn Duncan v Ga Young Kim/Emily Duddy (Losers side)
Not a bad choice considering no winners side match at this time slot

4pm
Kelly Fisher/Caroline Pao v Allison Fisher/Katlin Wikoff (Losers side)

This is only a good choice if Wikoff upsets Allison Fisher which is unlikely :grin-square:
Better matches are Kristina Tkach/Tzu Chien Wei v Ga Young Kim/Emily Duddy (Winners side) or
Jasmin Ouschan/Jenna Bishoff v Allison Fisher/Kaylin Wikoff (Winners side) since either of these matches will likely feature more evenly matched FR700+ players :)

6pm
Gerda/Siming v Janet Atwell/Jennifer Barretta (Winners Semifinal -Top Half)
Better match is semifinal in bottom half Kristina Tkach/Tzu Chien Wei/Ga Young Kim/Emily Duddy v Jasmin Ouschan/Jenna Bishoff/Allison Fisher/Kaylin Wikoff (Winners Semifinal-Bottom Half) as that will will likely feature more evenly matched FR700+ players :)

To each their own, I guess.

I'd rather the excitement of watching a 45lb wolverine take on a 1000lb moose... And win.
Wolverines are smart. They may go after a moose that's sick/weak but they won't go near a full-on healthy one. Ever. Moose will stomp the livin' s^*t out of it. So, a wolverine IS a lot like most pool players: size up a weaker one and pounce.

We're way down on that food chain.

That just goes downhill after this 10am match. :speechless:

This Wei girl is a beast too.

yea playing really well right now.

That's the thing about pool and 9ball in particular. Any of these players 700 and up are capable of beating each other. The biggest key to winning at that level is to just limit your opponent's innings (not including the break since it's alternate).
