The only cue deal I've had that involved drama was on my end and it was my bank's fault. They issued a money order for more than they were allowed to. Thankfully everything worked out considering that I paid for it.

I've never had a complaint on any sale thankfully. I over pack cues because I'm nervous about ppl getting what they paid for. I do that because I'm nervous about getting what I paid for. The most expensive cue I've had made for me showed up in a flat cardboard box on my neighbors porch. I wasn't pleased.

I've also purchased from Doug (dchan320) with great results.

We met in person and I've come to trust his word and recommend him as a seller or buyer.
