Do balls made on the break count? Do you need to make a ball on the break to continue? Here’s how it was done at the Rack.
Five racks
No ball in hand
A scratch ends the turn
Choose pocket before you break

I wonder if Corey's 8ball/1pocket break would work for this...Any ball in your pocket counts, even on the break.
...you do not have to make a ball on the break.
The popular break was to place whitey about a foot off center...
...on the opposite side of your chosen pocket....and cream puff the head ball full.
Hopkins came up with second and third balls thin...to his pocket....
...got more 15 ball runs...but not necessarily the best break for the cash.
I wonder if Corey's 8ball/1pocket break would work for this...
