Carbon Fiber Blanks

Hello,

With these type of tubes,blanks popping up for sale I was wondering if anyone had any advice on finishing one?

What would you fill the tube with or would you leave it hollow?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

As I understand, they are usually filled with foam. What type exactly?

I do not fill mine

Most have .9 mm thick walls and are foam filled with metal braces. Many have a pingy/ twangy sound.
I do not fill mine, but the walls are 1.5 mm thick, and sound like a standard playing shaft.
